This was our first ever home sale, and we hired Adriana. We are so glad we did! All home sales should be this fluid and this easy! A true professional, Adriana helped us find the right price-point, hired the photographer (he did a great job), and helped up prepare the home for photos. She picked the perfect day to 'go live' on MLS, which was Friday, March 7, 2025, and by Sunday, March the 9th - TWO DAYS LATER - we had a contract! And full price! Homes in our neighborhood that were listed before us are STILL looking for buyers. We had relocated during this time, and Adriana met with the inspector, and she was present while the three contractors fixed what needed fixing. In other words, she went "above and beyond." When hurricane Helene hit the coast of Florida, we suffered extensive damage in our Madeira Beach home. I first met Mike when he conducted countless community meetings on the process for repair/rebuild of damaged homes. I was so impressed with how he helped the community. I was even more impressed once we hired him as our realtor for both selling our Madeira Beach house, and purchasing a condo inland. His knowledge of the area, the market, the city leadership was invaluable.
