We looked at number of houses in various area in and around Lakewood Ranch Florida. Got a sense of what there was and what we wanted. Selected the one we bought after we left the area using a video tour Brian did. Great house with a pool in Polo Run. Have found a few fixes and upgrades to do in this five-year-old house. We love it.

Brian was our agent when we began looking for properties in Florida from out of state.
