If you are looking for a realtor I can't recommend Kosal highly enough. He was wonderful to work with. His knowledge of this insane fast-moving real-estate market and its many intricacies was second to none. He fully understands what it takes to not only find the properties you would be interested in, but to write successful offers that ultimately get accepted.
