If I had to choose a realtor to go thru the homebuying process again, I would choose Karla and her team again 1000 percent. It’s such a stressful process and Karla was amazing. Her and her team made being a homeowner possible in every way from credit repair up to closing costs. I will definitely be referring her to anyone I know trying to buy a home here in Florida. Thank you Karla 🫶🏽

Analicia was great and very patient with us. She’s actually a person that listens to her customers and does everything within her reach to make it happen. We would not trade her for anyone else.

From the very beginning Evelyn listened to everything I asked for. She was not only extremely professional but she added a extra warm touch. Made me feel like I was the most important client she's ever had. She absolutely knew what I needed.

My experience with Ana Thompson was the best in my like, as a investor I was looking for someone knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy to represent my self as a seller, she checked all boxes, plus she’s a sweetheart, I can’t thank her enough for representing me so well.

Scott's attention to detail is unmatched. He was available well beyond regular business hours several times during the process. In addition, I was a seller in a buyer's market. After Scott's market analysis, he recommended that I list at a higher price than I thought my property would demand. He was exactly right! I got a full price offer on day one!

I could not be more pleased with Scott as my realtor. He was very knowledgeable about the real estate market and made what could have been a very stressful process seamless. He sat down with me and discussed my expectations at the start and offered his professional opinion based on the current market. The result was that he met and exceeded those expectations. He made sure I understood every part of the process and explained in detail, line for line, everything I needed to sign off on. This was especially important to me and put me at ease. He kept me informed of everything that was happening along the way and worked very hard in my behalf from start to finish. I could not say enough about Scott and would recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home.

I recently had a great experience working with Scott to buy a home! His knowledge, communication and responsiveness allowed me to move quickly and efficiently, which is key in an incredibly competitive market. The entire process from house hunting to closing felt seamless thanks to his hard work and commitment to finding me the right home. Because of his dedication and the trust he built with me, I will now be working with him again if the time ever arises. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell! Thank you again, Scott!
