When me and my husband began this process, we were not in a good place. We had learned the home we had been renting for 2 years was being sold and we had a short amount of time to leave. They pulled our most recently signed lease. Needless to say, we were desperate. Scott was referred to me and the only thing I can say is, it was a blessing. We lived in an area Scott was not 100% familiar with but that did not stop him. He listened to what we wanted, how much we could afford, and searched within the parameters we wanted. He said "make sure it checks all of the boxes" for you and then we will proceed. We had quite an uphill battle but Scott took it on like a kid on a roller coaster for the first time. By the time we found the perfect home in the time frame we needed with extra time to pack and move, he was part of our family. Scott is a skilled and amazing agent. Most of all he listens to your needs, wants, and blue-sky dreams to make them come true. But the thing that makes him the best at what he does is his heart. He loves what he does, and you can see it from the moment you see your first house, to the moment he is there with you at the closing. I would recommend him 100 times over..
