John is one of the best real estate agents to have in your corner. He truly cares about you as a client and puts your needs first. John makes sure to either sell your home with the best strategies or he’ll help you find your home. I am an out of state client looking for a condo and John helped to guide me towards the type of condo and location that would best serve my needs. He had no trouble telling me his opinion even if it wasn’t what I wanted to hear. John has an extensive knowledge of Orlando and the surrounding areas (Winter Haven, Sanford, Altamonte, Haines City, Kissimmee, etc.). I’m positive that John is not considering his commission when he makes his recommendations; he truly puts the client’s needs first. If you are looking for an agent, John is the person to call.

Scott came highly recommended to us when our family of six decided to undertake the tremendous move from Maine to Florida. We had a very specific type of property and location in mind with a list of things my family needed it to contain; plus a list of "wants." Scott not only delivered but he checked every single box off from our list. In 39 days we seamlessly transitioned into our new home. Most importantly to us, Scott stayed in constant communication and orchestrated the whole buying process with ease. He carefully explained every detail to us, including timeframes, so that we could rest assured we were making informed decisions and knew what to expect. He went way above and beyond to make sure we got the home we wanted!

I was using a different realtor at first but did not get the results I wanted. I then hire Mr. Luis Dejesus. Luis did exactly what he promised. Luis stay in contact with me and sold my house within a week. Luis knew exactly what my family needed and delivered. He put the house on the market and showed the house , he actually sold the house for more then I expected. Mr. Dejesus then found me a beautiful home to purchase! First time in a long time someone actually did what they say they would do! Mr. Dejesus really went above and beyond what he said he could do! Very impressed with his professionalism and work ethics!
