This is my second time working with Katherine Garrido! and I must say, I feel like she's family at this point. The first time, she helped through the process of purchasing my first home. She made buying a house such a breeze! Three years later, she helped me sell that same home! I had no idea how much effort went into selling a home and once again, she made it a breeze. Katherine helped me focus on aspects that would generate interest from buyers, which was a huge help. Once my home was on the market, everything was seamless. My house was listed on 1/11/2022, pending sale occurred on 1/25/2022 (Yes! 2 weeks) and sold on 2/25/2022.
