She then showed us houses that interested us, and was very helpful in pointing out the positives as well as the not-so-positives about each house. Y Como no regresar a donde te han tratado tan bien. Pues si, así nos paso a nosotros Katherine nos ayudó en la compra de nuestra primera casa, algo q comenzó como una orientación terminó siendo una linda amistad. Ella nos ayudó en El Paso a paso de la compra, pero también fue una pieza clave cuando decidimos vender la propiedad.Movió cielo mar y tierra para conseguir en mejor negocio y q en vez de verlo como una pérdida por la venta fuera una ganancia. This is my second time working with Katherine Garrido! and I must say, I feel like she's family at this point. The first time, she helped through the process of purchasing my first home. She made buying a house such a breeze! Three years later, she helped me sell that same home! I had no idea how much effort went into selling a home and once again, she made it a breeze. My house was listed on 1/11/2022, pending sale occurred on 1/25/2022 (Yes! 2 weeks) and sold on 2/25/2022.
