Ben and ourselves may have gotten paired randomly via Zillow, but his professionalism and willingness to work with clients at our income level was paramount to our home purchasing success. Not every Realtor is willing to work with young First-Time Homebuyers. Ben was very helpful and knowledgeable with all of the different types of property in Bonner County. Land, Town Lots, and Condos up on Schweitzer. We looked at every option and he helped us get there. My wife and I were absolute beginners at home buying when we met Ben back in March, and we had a lot of basic questions. We definitely did not have the knowledge necessary to purchase a home back then and Ben was very helpful in teaching and navigating us through the process. We wouldn't have been able to purchase the home that we did without Ben's promptness and flexibility, due to the short duration of time that starter homes are on the market here. We can't thank Ben enough!
