First I want to say, this review of Ben Geanetta and his company Elite Realty is bitter and sweet. I first met Ben 3 years ago as a tenant of my newly acquired 40 acre property with two homes on it. Ben was building his dream house across the road and had been leasing the front house on my property while he and his family built and finished it. I knew from the first day I meet him he would not only be a good tenant and neighbor but a good friend as well. He was very helpful teaching me things about my property and neighborhood as I worked on transitioning my family and selling my business in California. Unfortunately due to unforeseen events I recently realized this past year I was not going to be able to make the transition. As stressful as the last two years where for me not being able to see my dream come true, I was able to rely on Ben’s friendship and ability to help me not only get my property to market but he went the extra mile to help me oversee the property and maintain it. Ben came out many times to snow plow my road and driveway to the back house in the dead of winter over the past two winters. If that’s not enough when my caretaker moved off the property and all my tenants where gone. Ben took over, looking after my property on his own time. He never asked me for money for all the extra work he did helping keep my property maintained and secure. I can’t tell you how much stress and anxiety he saved me. Thank you Ben from the bottom of my heart! You honestly are the best thing that came out of my situation.
