Ben was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ, and spent 30 years in the city before moving to Northern Idaho with his family (they were tired of living in a microwave). With a background in law enforcement (10.5 years at the Phoenix Police Department), he transitioned to real estate as a REALTOR® and soon became a top producer in Sandpoint Idaho. After 4 years in the industry, Ben then co-founded his own company, Elite Realty Partners, brokered by eXp. I moved to Sandpoint 10 years ago, originally from the Chicago suburbs and rural South Dakota. I graduated from South Dakota State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Interior Architecture and Design and worked exclusively in residential and commercial design for about 10 years. I often assisted Realtors with home staging and remodeling projects, which originally sparked my interest in real estate sales. During a trip to Sandpoint via Amtrack out of Fargo ND, I decided that the Pacific Northwest was the place for me. Upon returning home, I sold my house and loaded the Uhaul. It was Sandpoint or bust. Even after 10 years here, I'm still in awe of the beauty that surrounds me. Whether I'm driving around 3 different Counties, or sitting at my computer sending you an email - the views are incredible. Career wise, I wanted to change gears in Sandpoint. After a few years of working as a florist, I decided to get my real estate license! The rest, as they say, is history.
