Ann and BJ are professionals! Communication was great. Always available with our requests and phone calls. Was on top of the market for places that would fit our plan and communicated them to us. Katie has worked very hard for Lava and I. we’ve done numerous deals with her now and they’ve all been good. She’s an amazing realtor young and energetic not like the old stuffy ones or the thieves. There’s a lot of them that are nothing but thieves out there especially in Grand Rapids Minnesota.

We listed it for what we wanted and got just that. We had to navigate a different process because of the assumable nature of our mortgage but it went through with no problems. Closing date set, closing date hit. Jeff and his team were communicating every step of the way and were amazing from start to finish. I only wish I had another to sell. I’m sure they wish that too! EoW for the win.
