Working with Jeff on the purchase of my first ever home was an awesome experience. From the beginning he was extremely responsive, easy to talk to, and always made me feel comfortable throughout the process that typically is very overwhelming. What stood out the most to me was that he never made me feel pressured to buy a home just to make a sale. In fact, he talked me out of several homes instead of trying to convince me to move forward. As a first time homebuyer, this meant a lot to me. This showed me that he truly cared about helping me find the right home. I was very grateful to have Jeff on my side for his guidance and would highly recommend him!

Alex was wonderful to work with. She not only helped us negotiate a fair price for our home, she was extremely helpful in getting the process afterwards in having various tests done on the home as we are out of state buyers. She handled everything for us and made the process very easy. She is both very knowledgeable about the values and history of properties in the area as well as the the house we purchased. Her response time in getting back to is with our questions was outstanding. We will be recommending her to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a property in the greater Itasca county area. Molly was my agent buying and selling my house.
