We had we had a beach house in Garden City and had a house in Hartsville, South Carolina. during the sale of the Beachhouse, the most important thing for me was that the realtor would tell me the way it was, and was honest. He kept us informed of everything going on, and the showings. After we sold the beach house, I begged him to come sell the house in Hartsville South Carolina. Jim is an excellent real estate agent. He is extremely knowledgable about the Garden City market. We saw a condo that we wanted to move on quickly, but we were out of state. Jim was quick to set up a virtual tour and submit an offer in the same day. He is very knowledgable about when to negotiate. Jim is very responsive and always texted or called whenever we had any concern about the home buying process. He also has several connections locally and recommended a great contractor. All in all it was a pleasure working with Jim and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy in the Garden City area.
