The relationship was a long and ongoing building relationship. The issue was with me being scared and cheap. I was always looking for that deal to be found. In fact there was several opportunities to be had. The price just kept going up. When we finally agreed on a place we like, (there was many). Dan was the for us, I mean there for us. He provided us with solutions during and after the sale. I have contacted Dan after to inquire about repairs and just things he has the knowledge of and the complete he has lots of solutions. I will continue to use Dan as a resource for issues and will be sure to use nobody else but Dan on future real estate needs.

Jim is an excellent real estate agent. He is extremely knowledgable about the Garden City market. We saw a condo that we wanted to move on quickly, but we were out of state. Jim was quick to set up a virtual tour and submit an offer in the same day. He is very knowledgable about when to negotiate. Jim is very responsive and always texted or called whenever we had any concern about the home buying process. He also has several connections locally and recommended a great contractor.
