Dan was a great asset for us as we navigated selling a house from out-of-town. Despite us not being locally present, we always felt we were aware of any and all things that came up during the selling process. Dan did a lot of the heavy lifting himself to help move us forward with inspections, negotiations and scheduling work to be complete in anticipation of sale.
