We followed his insightful and knowledgeable advice in making periodic downward adjustments in our asking price until we finally reached the "sweet spot." Once under contract, Dan kept us fully informed throughout the escrow process and beyond. Once we closed, Dan helped us with utility issues with the buyers that was above and beyond his obligations. We found our dream condo a few hours after it was listed. Jim quickly got access, did a video tour for us and worked with us to put together an offer that was accepted less than a day after listing. He was also able to negotiate price down slightly when appraisal came in low. He’s great to work with overall and knows the Garden City market very well. Highly recommend!

We chose Dan over a friend who is a Realtor because of his knowledge of property around the beach area where our house was located. We had conversations with Dan about our property on and off for several years and finally made up our minds to sell. We contacted Dan for a meeting to discuss the he selling of our property. When we met he was very up beat about the opportunity to handle our sale. We told him the price that we wanted to list it at and he was good with it. A few days after our meeting he called and had someone that had placed an offer but we rejected it. He said that was ok and he would tell the buyer. We thought about the offer for a few days and countered with our bottom price. He communicated with the buyer through several counter offers and he persuaded the buyer to take our offer which the buyer did. Dan took it from that point and did all of the paperwork and kept us informed throughout the process until closing. He worked with the buyer and got us extra time after closing so that we could stay in the house until after the holidays. We thank Dan for the help in the sale of our property and by the way, it never went on the market so we did not have to put up with any showings. We feel that if you are looking to sell or buy if you choose Dan Sine with Dunes Realty we feel that you will be getting the best Agent in the beach area.
