Lindsey first and foremost listened to our wants and needs and was always very informative about the pro’s and con’s of certain properties. Being new to the area, never a condo or rental owner, Lindsey answered all of our questions and even gave us pertinent information we didn’t know to ask. She didn’t hesitate to give us her knowledgeable opinion but never pressured us in any way! Lindsey made us feel like we were her only clients but she is the busiest person we know! We had a terrific experience using April to help us find a place to buy on Longboat Key. April is knowledgable, diligent and has great people skills which really helps in this tight market. We had a specific condo association that we were interested in on Longboat Key and April proactively contacted owners of those units to find some that were interested in selling. She identified two units and we ended up purchasing one of those units in an off market transaction. We love our new place and were completely satisfied with the entire process.
