Nancy was very knowledgeable and professional with the sale of our parents home. It was nice to have someone so kind and patient with us during this difficult sale. She treated us like family.

I had a special situation and contacted Darcie and she immediately went to work on securing a property. Every question was answered promptly and every issue was taken care of immediately. I would highly recommend Darcie’s knowledge and expertise in buying your next property on AMI.

She also does a great job of supporting her agents that we work with. We would recommend Duncan Real Estate!

The condo we purchased on AMI is the 3rd property we have purchased using Lindsey Leech Strickland as our real estate agent. She is the best agent I have ever worked with in my life. I would not consider using anyone else in Florida personally. She is very professional, knowledgeable of the housing market and area and always willing to do whatever to make it a very easy and enjoyable experience. She is the best!

There is no finer realtor than Darcie Duncan. She is the expert and we wouldn't think of having anyone else sell our home. She is kind, generous, and was just perfection in every step of the seamless process. I still can't believe we sold our home that fast but Darcie is a badass. Thank you Darcie!
