Lindsey is proactive, helpful and provided expertise above and beyond what typical realtors provide. This is the 9th home that I have utilized a realtor for selling/buying and she far surpassed the others in areas of service, support, expertise, knowledge and efficiency. She was a joy to work with and I highly recommend Lindsey if you need a realtor.

********** 10 Stars out of 5 Lindsey truly is amazing! Can’t praise her enough. She is on her game for sure. She is so dependable, knowledgeable & willing to go above & beyond her call of duty!! Every single time. I can honestly say that because she has handled 7 + real estate transactions to date! Love her like my daughter & have adopted her into our family. When your grand daughter says every single time she comes to visit us in Florida, when are going to see Lindsey & Bo ( her husband); that should tell you something! 😘 Kudos to Lindsey!!!

What would we have done without Robyn? There were so many things that needed to be done, and she helped with everything. She was excellent with communicating with us, and all the paperwork that needed to be done. She explained everything so we did not miss or misunderstand the process. I would highly recommend Robyn Hawk!

We utilized Robyn to locate and purchase our Winter getaway in Florida. We only had a few days, and unsure of the desired Location. Robyn was very professional, friendly and flexible with her time. We were successful and fully appreciate her contributions. While we looked at a few "for sale by owners" homes, we were thankful that we utilized Robyn after we saw everything that needed to happen to make this work within our time available.

Having moved to Florida several years back and not being familiar with the market here, I met Martha quite accidentally but needing to find a home, we soon learned that her ratings were the best. Having her work for us was a great decision! Not only did she find us a home and neighborhood that we were really pleased with, she helped us negotiate a great price and handled the closing seamlessly. Fast forward to about a year later, we needed to find a home for my elderly dad who wanted to join us in Florida. Again, Martha did a great job with the purchase, but additionally, when my dad sadly passed away, Martha helped us with the sale. Once again, her warmth, professionalism and competence translated into a great experience. We now count Martha as both a wonderful Realtor and good friend and regularly recommend her to people who are in the market for a home or needing to sell.

Cindy sold our condo in less than a week. Cindy was very knowledgeable about the area and what changes needed to be made before putting the condo on the market. This was not our first experience working with Cindy and I would work with her again, she is very professional and she will tell you the truth not what she thinks you want to hear. If you’re looking to buy a home or selling a home on Anna Maria Island or in the Bradenton area I could not think of a better agent work with.

Duncan Realty/Martha was very knowledgeable about the area we wanted to purchase property in. She was thorough with attention to detail in every step along the way! Her communication and response time was great and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. Will definitely use her in the future!

Martha did a great job from start to finish. We really appreciated her prompt and helpful assistance with our purchase. She has a in-depth knowledge of the island, you could say she is the one stop shop if your looking to buy onAMI!

This was my first property in the area, and I looked at several homes with Mary Anne‘s help. Throughout the process she was kind, patient, and knowledgable. She went above and beyond both before and after closing. I cannot say enough good things about her. I’m so impressed with this experience and look forward to working with her again in the future.
