I had wonderful experiences with Mary Anne, both as a buyer and a seller. She’s well versed, thorough, kind, and very detail oriented. I highly recommend her!

We can’t say enough great things about Lindsey!! Lindsey was recommended to us by good friends when we were looking for a winter home in Bradenton and they did not steer us wrong. She made the purchase process so easy. She is so knowledgeable about the area and about everything related to real estate that we never felt overwhelmed. We would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property!! Lindsey is amazing!!!

Darcie proved to be an exceptionally well informed agent who guided us seamlessly through the sale process of our Anna Maria home. Although the sellers market had cooled down considerably when we listed, Darcie priced our home perfectly and marketed it amazingly well. Thanks again Darcie and your great team for making this process such a positive experience.

She helped to move the process through by going over and beyond her responsibilities as an agent. Wonderful!

April went above and beyond to help us with the purchase of our new home. We are not Florida residents, which makes the process more complicated. However, April made herself accessible whenever we needed her. Her help made a daunting process as seamless as possible. We can’t thank her enough!

I met April through a house that I saw on line. She was not my agent but after meeting with her I knew that she would be a pleasure to deal with especially because I was from out of town. She got me in touch with lawyers and bank lenders she made a stressful task less stressful. We have recently closed on our house and we consider April more than our agent she is our friend

Mary seemed to go out of her way to help us with the purchase. She jumped at opportunities to get additional information for us to make the best decision. Her attention to detail is hard to find today, we will work with Mary again if the opportunity arises.
