What would we have done without Robyn? There were so many things that needed to be done, and she helped with everything. She was excellent with communicating with us, and all the paperwork that needed to be done. She explained everything so we did not miss or misunderstand the process. We utilized Robyn to locate and purchase our Winter getaway in Florida. We only had a few days, and unsure of the desired Location. Robyn was very professional, friendly and flexible with her time. We were successful and fully appreciate her contributions. While we looked at a few "for sale by owners" homes, we were thankful that we utilized Robyn after we saw everything that needed to happen to make this work within our time available.

Having moved to Florida several years back and not being familiar with the market here, I met Martha quite accidentally but needing to find a home, we soon learned that her ratings were the best. Having her work for us was a great decision! Not only did she find us a home and neighborhood that we were really pleased with, she helped us negotiate a great price and handled the closing seamlessly. Fast forward to about a year later, we needed to find a home for my elderly dad who wanted to join us in Florida. Again, Martha did a great job with the purchase, but additionally, when my dad sadly passed away, Martha helped us with the sale. Once again, her warmth, professionalism and competence translated into a great experience. We now count Martha as both a wonderful Realtor and good friend and regularly recommend her to people who are in the market for a home or needing to sell.
