The best in the business
Since March of this year I have purchased one home and sold two others, just a regular, normal homeowner, not a reseller or renter. I can honestly say Mary Ann is one of the best in the business. She went over and above to make this process easy for me. Many of the things she did do not fall in the normal selling process, she cleaned up, actively showed the home at its best, and was alway available to me if I had a question, even when she was at home relaxing, or trying to. Communication was excellent, I always knew what was going on and the status of the sale. She gets an A+ from me.

Mary Anne supported us in all aspects of our purchase!
Mary Anne has been instrumental with our entire property purchase. After a cancelled contract due to a failed inspection report on another property, Mary Anne quickly found additional suitable properties for us to view. Because we were from out of state, Mary Anne was efficient with our time to view and select properties. She was engaged with the entire process from scheduling a viewing through closing. She also made arrangements for us to close on the property from out of state. Not only was Mary Anne a solid asset for our purchase, we feel we have also made a good friend. Should we decide to make other real estate purchases, we will not hesitate to give her a call.

Fantastic to work with!
Mary Anne Muniz is a very professional and friendly realtor to work with. She was available to show us several properties and could answer all of our questions or get the answers we needed very quickly. After we made an offer on our property she was very efficient in keeping us up to speed on the day-to-day things that we needed to do or sign. She went above and beyond to find out information about various questions we had about our property and the HOA. She made a long-distance transaction take place very smoothly.
