Lindsey Leech Stickland is without question the most knowledgeable, organized real estate professional I have ever worked with. Communication and keeping everyone updated--loved her Monday updates and nice reminders to submit necessary paperwork. Her network of local professionals like Handyman, photographer, AC are all incredibly responsive and you know quality when you see and feel it. April took the time to learn about us and what we were looking for in a secondary residence. She is very knowledgeable about the area and gave us excellent feedback and direction and ultimately found our Florida home. Since we were not in Florida to see the house in person, she took us on a FaceTime tour and did her own thorough review of the home. Buying a home us stressful enough. In this case, I was selling and buying and everything had to be done the same day. My stress level was beyond infiniti..... April was absolutely amazing the whole time and with me for what seemed like every second. This all seemed very tricky to me and April just handled everything.
