Darcie and her team took care of every detail, from our trip down to tour properties, the offer, the negotiation and the close. Her team has supported us in every step of the transfer post close including transferring all the services. Her home watch program is also great. She has even helped us with potential golf clubs. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received from Darcie. Darcie was there with us at every step of the way to help us with the sale of our house. She always listened and offered the advice we needed to get the house sold. Once we were under contract, again Darcie was there to help us get this sale over the finish line. Never once in this process did I/we feel like were just a piece of property. A couple of examples of the service I received, there was a storm that came through and the next day I received a phone call at 9:00am letting me know that the property was fine. Darcie even returned my modem to cable company. While these things may seem small, it is the little things that add up. While this time I was the seller, next time I hope to be the buyer and will hands down go with Darcie. I absolutely would recommend Darcie and Duncan Reality for all of your real estate needs.
