Working with Veronica Hidalgo was an absolute pleasure! From our first meeting, it was clear that she had a deep understanding of the Bay Area market and a genuine passion for marketing homes for sale. Veronica was incredibly responsive, always available to answer our questions and guide us through the process with patience and expertise. She went above and beyond to set us up with inspectors, contractors and a stager for our property, navigating a challenging market with skill and professionalism. Her communication was exceptional, keeping us informed every step of the way. Our home received multiple offers within a very short time while other homes for sale in our neighborhood did not. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we highly recommend Veronica Hidalgo to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable realtor in the area.

I’ve been keeping my eyes open for a trustworthy, professional and reliable realtor in my area and I found that in Angie. Like me, she grew up in the area and knows it like the back of her hand. She’s attentive and responds very quickly. It was a joy to work with her and I heartily recommend her.

I met Christy through a friend of the family. She is very familiar with the real estate market in Contra Costa County. Although she made suggestions for a sale price of the home I was selling, I wanted to list higher. She remained helpful and patient over the months that the house was on the market. She was in contact with and showed the home to many potential buyers. There were several issues due to the condition of the home. She remained calm and available while sorting the problems out. As time passed I agreed to lower the price 2 or 3 times. It finally sold the house for the amount Christy initially suggested. Thanks for all your help Christy. Lee

Soosh is seriously the BEST realtor! We could literally go on and on about everything he did to make our home-buying experience so incredibly wonderful, so prepare for a long-winded review haha:As first-time homebuyers, there was so much that we were unfamiliar with. Soosh was so great at explaining things every step of the way, patiently answering any questions we could think up and giving us such peace of mind about the whole home-buying process. He is so personable, dedicated, thoughtful, and genuinely kind, while also being so tenacious when it comes to negotiating and advocating for his clients. We knew we were in great hands from our very first phone call.We so appreciated how much he invested in us, his commitment to the well-being and happiness of his clients is unparalleled. He consistently checked in with us, took measures to protect us as buyers, and keep us informed about standard buying practices and timelines.Soosh is so knowledgeable, not only about all things real estate but also the neighborhoods and professionals in Contra Costa County and beyond! He is always ready to help, whether that be with coordinating inspections or connecting clients with quality service providers.Soosh is so responsive too! We operate at a mile a minute, and it was so nice to have someone as determined and enthusiastic! It took exactly 5 weeks from our introduction call with him to him handing us the keys to our condo! We cannot recommend Soosh and Nassar Realty Group more, they go above and beyond! We are so so happy!

Veronica has to be the best realtor we have encountered. This was our 4th home sale so we have dealt with a few realtors on the selling and buying end. We personally want to thank her as she made the whole experience amazing. Communication was top notch, professional until the signing (and after), personable, friendly, attentive to your needs. Her persona is very important to her and she nails it. Thank you Veronica.

Oliver was great in selling the house that had belonged to my father. What I most appreciated was that before closing I asked to get a key to give on last good-bye and walk through. Oliver was very accomidating. He priced the house to sell and we got above ask and a really great contract. Thank you it was great working with you.

My family and I could not have asked for a better house selling experience than what we received through Veronica. She leveraged her extensive realty experience to guide the preparation and sale of our family home, bringing in contractors and stagers who were courteous, responsive, and effective, and providing the education, positive communication, and advice necessary for our family to make effective decisions. Veronica was a pleasure to work with, very responsive, and her balance of directness, candor, and professionalism with her cheerful attitude, personal connection, and lovely humor fit well with our family.
