Working with Kelly from the first phone call and throughout the process was an absolute pleasaure! Kelly's knowledge of the location of my uncle's home was very informative and completely on point. There weren't very many comps to decide on a selling price, but Kelly analyzed what she did have and was spot on in her pricing. I drove down from Charleston, SC to meet Kelly at the house and we walked through the house and pointed out items to fix or upgrade. Kelly took care of everything for me...and very quickly! I have never had a realtor care so much for her clients. Kelly, listened to what our needs were. She found homes, that matched what we were looking for. Since we were relocating, and houses were moving fast, she scheduled appointments for us to look at all the homes on the same day, this was so helpful!! We looked at 5 homes, then put in an offer for the second one we looked at. It was a perfect fit, and Kelly did not mind that we looked at the remaining homes on her list prior to confirming the second home we looked at was the "ONE". We were preapproved prior to looking, but Kelly was able to get us a better deal with her lender and we went with them. Kelly also got us a better deal on the homeowners insurance. She was extremely helpful, she meet with the inspectors for us, and kept us informed on the process and what was happening. I will definitely recommend her and her Team to family and friends.
