We were so impressed with Kelly with the sale of property that we purchased that we also used her to sell our townhouse. She got me approved for every house I laid my eyes on. In this competitive market, getting one's offer getting accepted is a challenge in itself. My wife and I have dealt with many real estate agents in the last 45 years. We have never worked with an agent that has shown the high level of energy, commitment and true desire to find "just the right home" for us. Not only did Jessica find the right house, she negotiated the price down for us and got it under contract almost immediately. We were excited and happy. As we waited for the closing, we found that it may not have been the perfect home for us. Jessica helped us to get released from that contract and began showing us more houses that very day. The very first house Jessica took us to, turned out to be the one we fell in love with, it was priced a little high, so she kept showing us more possibilities but nothing seemed to compare to that "ONE". Then it happened, the price was reduced on our favorite property. Jessica got us in to see it a second time that morning and we made the offer that evening later than most agents would have still been working. She diligently worked with the sellers agent to get it accepted and signed by the buyer. The next day we found out that there had been a CASH offer the next morning. Too late, and once again Jessica had proven herself as a true professional with the needs and desires of her clients in the forefront. Kelly held our hand throughout the entire sale and purchase of our new home. She was very organized and always made sure that we were in communication with her about every detail that was needed to be known. She worked hard to market our home to sell fast and she did it well! Then, she helped us purchase our new construction home and was able to guide us in areas to upgrade or not based off the average construction cost in our area so we could save the $ and do things on our own.
