I can’t say enough about Shawna. She managed both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. She kept us informed every step of the way, even when the information wasn’t easy to deliver. She set reasonable expectations, then consistently met or exceeded them. When our buyer’s agent repeatedly dropped the ball, she made sure everything was was done quickly and correctly on his side too. I could not have expected a better experience. I would recommend Shawna to anyone who is either buying or selling, you won’t find a more knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy and hardworking agent. She even gave my cat a pill when we were having trouble with it on closing day!
