When my family and I began searching for a home in late May, it was easy to feel underwhelmed. The prices were high, and it seemed as though we would be stuck in the endless cycle of rent, move, repeat that was our reality for the past several years. I rarely take the time to write a review. However, this is an exceptionally good experience that may be helpful for inexperienced buyer/seller. For me as a first time seller I was very nervous and concerned about selling my house. Exceeding the common concern's. Early last year my house suffered storm damage's to the roof. The insurance company only replaced the visible damaged area instead of replacing the whole roof. So when I came to the conclusion to sale the home I thought it was going to be extremely difficult and certainly not get my asking price. There are many many Realtors and Agents to choose from and like anyone else, I knew that I needed the right one to accomplish what I thought to be, the impossible. My Father has done business with Ms. Patricia Moor and insisted that I reach out to her. I called and after speaking with her, She gave me such a positive vibe. After I gave her the consent to move forward, she had my house up on the market within 24 hours. I have a tight schedule, so I thought showing the house would be difficult. Nope, she had appointments booked everyday, at MY convenience. She had my house Pending sale on day 3. We hit a snag with the first pending Pending. "The Roof", So on the second Pending which took place the second week on Market, Patricia and her Broker Kristie had already prepared for that issue and with there knowledge and Experience we're able to Make it where both Parties we're Happy. This review is much needed after finally closing on our home!! Bree was very knowledgeable in the area in which we were home searching for, and that made our experience much easier. After touring multiple homes and putting in a few offers (this was at the time homes were flying off the market) we finally found the perfect home and went pending $10,000 under asking price!! This is where it gets real- squatters moved in to the sellers home before we closed. Bree kept her great professionalism and communication with us through the process of them being evicted, then asking sellers for concession/repairs to be done. If it wasn’t for Bree we would’ve given up, there were times we thought we should walk away but we held on knowing this home checked all of our boxes. Very grateful for our Realtor!! We recommend her to everyone.
