Nicole went above and beyond all expectations in finding me a new home! Moving from out of state made the search more difficult and stressful, but she worked with me in every way possible to reduce the stress. From touring homes with my daughter who was in Florida for college, to FaceTiming me while touring those I couldn’t see in person. She did additional research on homes I was interested in and provided answers to questions I didn't even know to ask. There truly isn't enough I can say about her work ethic, patience, and dedication to her clients. Nicole is not in the market of selling houses, she is in the business of finding her clients a real home. There were times I was getting anxious about putting a contract on a house, just to have a house to move to when I left Maryland instead of renting. Megan Jones was the real estate agent for the property we purchased; and her demeanor and professional performance was simply phenomenal throughout the entire process! Megan went out of her way to answer questions, obtain information, and returned our phone calls multiple times. Since we were out of state, Megan went "beyond the call of duty;" sending photos,videos and any information that we requested throughout the purchase process. Megan also remained very "present" and helpful related to assisting with "new owner" transitions regarding utilities, even after the closing was completed.
