Michele did a great job listing my house. She understands the market and with a few price adjustments we found a buyer. Michele held several open houses and stopped by the house whenever something was needed. She was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I absolutely loved working with Michele. I had lived in my home on Mississippi Ave for over 20 years. My husband was still alive and well when it was purchased. Home selling by myself seemed overwhelming and frightening. Michele changed all of that. She did not make me feel that any question or concern was silly or stupid, and there were MANY questions! She remained calm, cool and tolerated my late night panics! She was great. She guided me without telling me what to do. She respected all of my needs and concerns.
