I really don't even know where to begin. Lori is literally the best. We chose to put our house on the market towards the beginning of this year, and after interviewing multiple listing agents, it was clear that Lori was second to none of them. Lori's process was so clear, and well articulated. We really understood everything that she was planning to do to market our home, and how she planed to make sure that we received the most for it. Not only did Lori articulate her plan well though, she executed it even better. I have sent multiple referrals to Lori already, and everyone has felt the same exact way about her. Lastly, if you have young children, you should really consider using Lori. Selling and buying real estate can be a challenging time, and kids can feel that. We have a two year son who Lori was absolutely amazing with. He calls her "lolo", and his face lit up every single time we met with Lori.

Liz demonstrated to be an outstanding real-estate broker who went ‘above and beyond the call of duty’ with an extremely proactive, reliable, engaging, calm and professional approach which was instrumental to selling our home during our very unique situation. For starters, she was available for telephone calls anytime of the day into the late evening to explain status, answer questions, and give her valuable professional insights; treating us like we were very close family members. This dedication was further ‘put to the test’ as the house we were selling was in Sea Cliff, while we were living in Vermont, and Covid restrictions added further logistic complexities. Various administrative and maintenance tasks that would normally be managed by the owner (ie. snow removal, working with maintenance professionals) were proactively and calmly managed by Liz. She not only coordinated the work expeditiously; she even did some of the physical work herself without any hesitation. As for her expertise, Liz is not just focused on selling houses, she is clearly a well verse real-estate professional, demonstrating a deep understanding of the market and all the nuances of selling the house. She took the time to clearly articulate the various circumstances and implications and answer our various (and numerous) questions, while working very well with our real-estate attorney. In sum, we highly recommend Liz with her exceptional professionalism, knowledge, work ethic, personable nature, and client focus.

I couldn’t say enough amazing things about working with Lori Sheehan. The house hunting in today’s world was not fun until I met Lori. We lost every single home until I finally found a new realtor and was lucky enough it was Lori. She was a pleasure to work with, and the first home we looked at with Lori we got. She fought for us, and got things done! You really need an aggressive realtor on your side in today’s world in order to get your foot in the door. We closed on our house and I can honestly say it was because of Lori, we loved her, . I highly recommend working with her. Not only was she kind, funny, organized and ontop of everything and everybody around her but she truly truly cared about myself and my family and getting us into something for our deadline.
