Overall we had an excellent experience. Andrea was extremely responsive and listened to our preferences with price and showing our home. Her communication skills and local market knowledge were very apparent. I texted Andrea many times and she always responded quickly with helpful information. There are always bumps in the process, and Andrea found workable solutions. I had met with Clara in 2018 as I undecided and not ready to sell my home. I had interviewed 4 agents . Clara was the most caring and knowledgeable agent that I had met. She was honest and told me what I needed to do to my home in order to get the most money as well as attention by prospective buyers. Last September, My husband and I followed her instructions in order to "declutter" and stage our home so that it would be the most attractive to interested potential buyers. Clara sent a professional photographer to our home to take pictures which displayed our home in the most attractive and positive light. The day the house listed, it had a number of offers instantly . Clara and her associate, Luis, had an open house and worked very very hard. There was a huge showing of buyers and ALL Covid Protocols were stringently and exceedingly taken with many precautions. They worked very very hard. The end result is that I had 15 offers right after that showing and the contracts were drawn up that week. i can't say enough good things about Clara and besides, we feel we have made a new friend!

Andrea from Day 1 showed that she listened to her clients needs. Home buying is a process. It takes time to learn for the buyers what they truly want and what their non-negotiable are. She was patient and helped guide and facilitate that process. She is very honest and will be upfront if she believes the home is overpriced and will look out for potentials pitfalls in a deal. She was always available, and highly knowledgeable about the neighborhood. She kept her clients interests protected at all times during the process which is very rare to find these days.
