Elizabeth worked with us for over a year to find us the right house. She knew a lot about the area we bought in (Sea Cliff, NY). She accommodated all our requests to show us the homes we wanted to see. in Sea Cliff and adjoining areas. She answered all our questions and was readily available over text, phone, and email. She also had valuable feedback with regards to what kind of offer we should make and how much we should put down. We ran a lot of things by her and relied on her expertise. She interfaced with the sellers agent on our behalf and her response was always lightening quick. We also used her recommendations for home insurance, home inspector, and lawyer. Overall she really facilitated our home search and home buying process.

Heather Felice is a superb realtor with vast knowledge of the market and the community our home was located. As for communication during the process, Heather’s extremely accessible. She effortlessly navigated us through the process of selling our home with ease and calming assurance. A more dedicated realtor you won't find. I would hire Heather Felice again without hesitation.

Elizabeth was great! She worked with us before we were even ready to move from a different state and was able to arrange 10 showings in one day so we wouldn't have to spend more time away from our out-of-state home. I definitely recommend her for anyone looking for a home in NY.
