I met David at an open house, and liked him instantly. My realtor wasn’t working out for me, so I gave David my criteria. The next day he sent me several listings. A few I had already seen, but there was one new one, so we made an appointment to look at it. It ended up being the one! We knew we had to act fast, David made suggestions and guided me through the offer process. He stayed up late to complete all the necessary forms and the next day my offer was accepted. He responds quickly to emails or texts, and follows up on outstanding issues. He had suggestions for home inspectors, and contractors to get estimates to address some of the issues identified. He shows up on time, is smart, friendly, a good listener and communicator, funny and straightforward. I am so happy I went into the open house.

Darin was great to work with- he understood exactly what I was looking for and didn’t bother me with anything that didn’t fit my narrow criteria. When the right property finally came along, he moved quickly for me- getting an offer in the same day it was listed. He visited and photographed the property for me because I was purchasing from out of state, making me feel much more confident about the purchase. He explained the portions of contracts that I needed help with, and overall made an excellent agent

The first time I met Darrell I told him I felt like he was a good guy and we were going to buy a house. And I was right. We did !! Darrell is honest very informative and will go out of his way to help you with anything he can. He told me if I didn’t understand ask questions and I asked a lot. Maybe too much, but he answered all of them. I’m glad I met him he treated me like a friend instead of a person looking to buy a home.
