Darin was great from beginning to end! It was my first time buying a house and as daunting as that already is, I was doing it all on my own. Furthermore, as a woman with no experience in the field, I was worried about all the ways that I could potentially be taken advantage of. Darin put that all to rest. He walked me through every step. He listened to exact what I wanted - in my budget, a home with character and historic appeal, a yard, and space that could hold my grandmother's formal dining set without having to move up into more house than I wanted to clean/maintain. He ONLY showed my properties that fit those wants. Every professional that I worked with through the entire process was kind and treated me fairly. Darin was easy to reach to answer any questions and each step was done quickly but never made me feel rushed. He walked me through each and every step and made it as stress free as possible so that the overwhelming emotion that I remember from the whole experience was excitement! I have been in this house for 6 years now and have loved every minute. Its my home. And Darin was a big part in accomplishing that!
