Darin was extremely knowledgeable and explained the problems and procedures of getting in to a new home. He was extremely patient, and worked diligently to help us find our new home. He was transparent with us. He let us know up front what certain costs we may be looking at. He prepared us for these new responsibilities. He advised us of inspections that should be done before a final purchase. What was and wasn't included in the sale. He helped get extras including appliances we were not expecting. He pointed out features throughout each visit, and asked questions. He listened. I really appreciate him for sticking with us throughout this long hot summer and all the ADOT delays. Darin knows the market cold. He educates himself on where the local market is going, and is able to explain that so his clients understand and can adjust their strategies. He was always available to show us houses and to answer questions. He was extremely knowledgeable about the home-buying process, and would find out the answers to anything we asked that he didn’t know. He has a pleasant personality, but can also drive a hard bargain. When we were at a sticking point with the seller, he lowered his commission so the deal would go through. He stuck with us for more than a year until we found the right home. We would definitely recommend him to a friend or relative who wants to buy or sell!

Patrizia represented us for both the purchase and the sale of our house. We were new to the Phoenix market, and she was knowledgeable, patient, and proactive in helping us find the right house in the right place for us. We kept going back and forth between a "fixer upper" and a house that was all updated, finally settling in between, and she took every call and showed us dozens of houses. She always had great suggestions as to how to deal with any issue, to focus on what was important to us to get the deal done. If she weren't a realtor, she could be a great psychologist. When it was time to sell, we contacted her right away. She worked tirelessly to get us through the offer/counteroffer process, inspections, amendments to the contract, and a surprise water leak and insurance claim, all while we had already moved back to the east coast. She put in immense amounts of extra time for meetings at the house, phone calls with contractors, and sending us pictures and even video of projects between our acceptance of the offer and the sale closing. We got a good price for our house and were entirely happy with her service during the process. She is a great professional, and cares about the purchase/sale process, but also you as a person. You will never regret hiring her as your realtor!

Darin predicted that putting my renovated rental on the market in early October would lead to a sale in time for the new buyer to celebrate Thanksgiving in the house.
