I highly Recommend Delcollo Salvatore Real Estate. We put our house on the market at the end of May, and it was in a contract within 2 weeks! We had showings just about every day, and multiple offers came in. Diane met with us on numerous occasions, making sure that our house was sell ready, and she showed us new potential houses as well. We decided to build a new home and Diane was with us every step of the way, making sure our build was going as planned. Settlement came and went for the house we sold, and a few months later the one we built, and both transactions were smooth sailing.
