Shana and Diane are a class act. They have been in the business to have the knowledge, connections and recommendations that helped up both in buying a home quickly and selling our home that we weren't even planning to sell until our dream home came on the market. They guided us through pre-approval, showing us the home, and putting in an offer all within 72 hours. And then they guided us on how to make sure our home would be ready to sell. The added bonus--they found us the buyer who put in an offer even before we listed! We couldn't have asked for a more seamless process from start to finish.
