Buying a home with Lisa Palumbo was a joy. Since I was moving from the midwest to Easthampton, MA, Lisa used all the latest technologies to take me through homes virtually. She advised me on location and was a huge help with making appropriate offers. She referred me to an amazing mortgage officer, a great inspector, and numerous local companies for having various projects done. She went out of her way to work with my travel schedule and when I was out of town she met service providers at the home for me. I will be using her again when I am ready to move. We move to Western Massachusetts from out of state and while my wife grew up here that was over 20 years ago that she was last here so we knew nothing about what the area was like now. Lisa was a cold pick for us. She wasn't recommended to us by anyone, but we're glad we chose her. She went out of her way to find us the house we were looking for and negotiated a great deal for us. We looked at several houses and she pointed out the problems that we'd be getting into with some of them, but found us the house with the least amount of work necessary and got us a great deal on it. Definitely check her out if you're buying or selling because she WILL work for you.

When I decided that after 20 years I was going to move back to Massachusetts from Texas, I did not know where to start. Lisa took my project on whole-heartedly even though I was 1900 hundred miles away (Austin,TX to Northampton MA) and not even a client. We decided to work with Nancy because we trusted her. Early on in our house search, we were reluctant to commit to a Realtor. Having moved from New York City, most of our recent experiences with agents were unpleasant. As we embarked upon the process of finding a house, we anticipated more of the same. In spite of this trepidation, after a meeting with Nancy, we wanted to work with her. In addition to her knowledge of the area, understanding for the market, and professionalism, her warm disposition and sense of humor endeared her to us. When we asked her to work with us, we knew we were in good hands.<br/><br/>We can say with certainty that if it was not for Nancy, we would not have found our new home. After a few disappointments following a whirlwind search, we were ready to give up. However, Nancy encouraged us to keep searching, and eventually “our home” came on the market. We attribute the success of the deal to her tenacity and superb negotiation skills. And even though all the papers have been signed, Nancy still is a resource for us as new homeowners.
