Our initial contact with Dave was to “possibly list our home.” Dave arrived very well prepared with a great deal of information, comps and recently sold properties which was very much appreciated since our situation changed almost overnight and we needed to list immediately. Photos were taken the next day and we listed that night. With Dave being knowledgeable in the local area, we quickly had an offer! I have been buying homes and properties for a while and worked with many realtors, but Nick DePaola stands out among the rest. I was looking for a rental in Ewing for my sons and his friends and entered the process late, really late. We had less than a week to find a property. Nick Depaola was extremely helpful along the process and knocked it out of the park. We found a great home in one day thanks to Nick and would not have locked it down without him. He was patient and helpful when it came to negotiations and the lease, even despite the time constraints to find a property. If it had not been for Nick, we would have been out luck.
