Our initial contact with Dave was to “possibly list our home.” Dave arrived very well prepared with a great deal of information, comps and recently sold properties which was very much appreciated since our situation changed almost overnight and we needed to list immediately. Photos were taken the next day and we listed that night. With Dave being knowledgeable in the local area, we quickly had an offer! Dave is a true professional, a pleasure to work with and a comfort to know he lives in the community.
