Before the sale, I decided to remodel the house for a better sale price. Nick and team provided helpful understanding of the market. Once the goal is set, the remodel begins. Soon, the house is prepared properly for sale. The sale went on relatively smooth as expected. Contract was signed and the house needs a CO to close. During Covid-19 time, Township office was closed. Email and phone calls were the only way to communicate. Things are not easier when you don't know what is going on. To make a long story short, Nick provides helpful hand to solve issues and make the close of the property easy. Great job done.
