I was kept informed at all times .Any questions were answered in a timely manner. Since I was selling by myself ,it never felt like I was alone. I was told about other houses in the area an how many days it took them to sell. I believe mine went in a very good time as it was showed to a good amount of people in a relatively short time. You want someone with your best interest in mind an Nick does that. He listens and informs you and then you make your decisions. Buying or selling again I would recommend Nick Lamson

Nick was great to work with as a first-time homebuyer. He was knowledgeable about the homebuying process and was always accessible for questions with clear answers. He also was informed about the area and helped us find neighborhoods and homes that matched what we were looking for. He listened to our feedback and adjusted accordingly in what homes we saw and pointing out the things about different homes that were most important to us. Yes, he possesses the technical skills necessary to be an awesome realtor, very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of real estate. More importantly, Nicholas possesses a rare quality not often seen amongst realtors, he LISTENS! He not only physically hears what his clients want, but understands, and then works to make what he has heard, happen. Nicholas was always very reassuring throughout my bouts of doubts, etc., that everything was going to be OK, and it was. He took it upon himself to go out and purchase several items we needed in order to sell our home. Nicholas has a calm demeanor which works well with clients involved in this volatile market of selling their home. Dave has managed a rental property for me for the past 10 years. He found me two great tenants in a town where all you hear from landlords is horror stories. He recently told me the market was heating up, and it would be a good time to sell. He threw out a number that I thought was insane, but it got full asking offers in about a week. We are so glad we used Nick as our real estate agent. It had been 30 years since we last sold a house and forgot a lot about the process. I contacted the DePaola realty company after two other realtors were unsuccessful in selling my home. The person who answered my call was Nicholas “Nick” DePaola. After meeting him, I knew that if anyone could sell my house, he would be the one. Nick impressed me with his realtor skills the first day I met him. During the selling process he was available to answer my questions and gave me advice along the way. This made the overall experience very easy. Due to his ambition and expertise, I closed on the house on August I9, 2020 with the price I wanted. For me, the best measure of someone’s work is whether or not I would hire them again.
