Ruthie was extremely helpful

Ruthie was extremely helpful. I had not bought a house in a long time and am new to the area. She asked and listened to what I was looking for in a house. she kept on top of all new properties every day and did not give up even though I was being picky. She finally found me the perfect house, helped me through the entire process and got me the house well under the asking price! I would highly recommend her to anyone in the Savannah area.

I met Ruthie at an Open House in 2019 and we discussed a different property

I met Ruthie at an Open House in 2019 and we discussed a different property. When she completed her work at the open house she met at the property and worked with me to buy my home so when I saw an investment property available I contacted her. She worked with me to complete the sale (mortgage, inspection, insurance), and then went the extra mile to research STVR licensing and put me laid the groundwork for me to obtain that license. I highly recommend her and will seek her out to represent me in any future real estate dealings.

Ruthie was an absolute pleasure to work with, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience

Ruthie was an absolute pleasure to work with, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We had to buy a place sight unseen due to the pandemic, but Ruthie did a fantastic job of helping us tour potential homes remotely and finding the perfect home, and she's been a great source for local experts even after moving. We're hugely grateful to her for making the buying experience so simple, and can't recommend her highly enough!
