We met Miriam at a open house and she ended up showing us another house down the street which we purchased. Miriam provided no insights into price, was not communicative during the entire buying process and at times I felt she was on the sellers side. After closing there was no token gift which is so common in today’s age. All around , I would not recommend her for a buyers agent.

John was very knowledgeable and patient. MY wife and I are unfamiliar with L.I. and John took the time to show us the local neighborhoods and shared information about the towns and their rich history. He was not just selling us a house , but selling us on a life style that we would have. He was very responsive to our calls and texts and typically returned our contacts within a few minutes to an hour. When we had concerns, considering that we were a bunch of confused first time home buyers, John took the time to speak with us and made sure that we were cleared about everything that was in question. He drove us around for hours (sometimes as much as 4.5 hours), showing us multiple properties a long with sites around the area and never made us feel rushed. When we finally found a house that we loved, John made sure that we had all the information we needed to make the best decision, and backed us up to get the best price possible. Even when we were under contract, John made himself available for all questions and concerns and took the time to let us in to the house several times during the weekends. Recently, due to a company transfer, we were forced to sell our home of over 30 years. Our family had to sell our home and move out of state. We were given the opportunity to interview multiple agents to help accomplish our goal within a reasonable time and at a fair price. After our interviews it was clear that Mary Lynch from Daniel Gale / Sotheby’s was thoughtful, professional and clearly understood our needs. Her guidance on pricing was well thought out to help us achieve a fair selling price. After visiting our home and neighborhood, she put together a plan to help sell our property. The plan was designed to show our home in it’s best light, with a solid promotional program. We felt that working with Mary would be a positive experience and we not disappointed with her efforts. Within two days of the house being listed, there were multiple potential buyers visiting our home. At the end of the first week, Mary had an Open House on a Sunday afternoon. Promptly at 1:00 p.m., the crowds poured in. Over twenty families visited our home and we received four offers, with three over our asking price. Pull ask a few questions about getting a possible variance and clearance regulations for a property we were looking to make an offer on. Rejane showed up for our inspection and safe to say she really held our hands through out the whole process. Rejane also explained the mortgage process to us.
