Professional with a heart
Selling our home was very emotional. My husband wanted to retire. So let’s do this - but wait that means leaving all my friends and family and life of 30 years in the same place. Marissa was able to get an awesome price for us while keeping my husband happy and me Off the ledge. The team is kind and thoughtful and they listen. They have a synergy that is awesome and they are there all the time. Marissa went above and beyond taking care of the lawyers papers and dealing with our HOA- all always with a smile. They are quick to respond to you and take care of all the parts. They don’t just list your house and say see you at closing. Treats you like family
Like many of us, I struggle daily with anxiety. So purchasing my first home during the most unprecedented real-estate environment in history, coupled with my struggles, had my expectations of the homebuying experience pretty low. However, from the second I spoke to Marissa on the phone, she immediately put me at ease and set the tone for what would be an experience that eclipsed my expectations. No matter how many questions I had, no matter how many times I needed to go over where we were at or planning for contingencies, Marissa fielded my every request as if we were family. Always reassuring, never judging, and always being an advocate. In the end, I was able to secure my actual dream home in my target neighborhood only hours after it came to market. Marissa was even kind enough to entertain our 9 month old at the closing! Overall, I can't recommend Marissa enough. I don't plan on ever moving again but if I was, she would be my first phone call.

A Seasoned Professional
Edie is one remarkable agent, Her many years as a real estate agent and knowledge of real estate law as pertaining to selling a house is impressive and informative. She walked us through the do’s and don’t s of selling a house. She has relationships with house stagers that make one’s house look beautiful and photographers that make the house look “picture perfect” when she made an appointment with us she always showed up and on time as well. Her listings and attention to detail drew many potential buyers. I would highly recommend her if your selling your house, she gets the job done.

Ellen was a real pleasure to work with and was of tremendous assistance in helping sell our house quickly at the price we wanted to sell.
