I first met Irene when renting a house for me and my son. When it was clear it was time to buy, I looked with Irene for so long because we needed something pretty specific, a nice, move in ready two family house in a very particular and sought after neighborhood, in or near Bayside New York. It took a long time to find the right place. And it wasn't like I needed to say no, instead it would be Irene who would say "absolutely not," and tell me everything that was wrong about the place. She was not trying to sell me something, she was buying for me. When we did the walk through, she checked more of everything than I did. Buying with Irene is exactly what it should be, adding a real estate agent to your team, not just someone who can find available houses online. Irene is simply the best !!

We didn't use an agent and Irene was the buyers agent but considering the circumstances, she was fair, transparent, and responsive. In this situation (no representation), you sometimes worry about the buyer side playing games or trying to pull something but we didn't experience any of that. Thanks!

A friend of mine who used Irene to sell her house highly recommended her. I'm so glad she did. She always kept me informed regarding buyers. There were some bumps in the road but that's expected. In the end, everything fell into place. The house was sold to the first family that came. How lucky is that. I highly recommend Irene! Lovely woman.
