Recently, due to a company transfer, we were forced to sell our home of over 30 years. Our family had to sell our home and move out of state. We were given the opportunity to interview multiple agents to help accomplish our goal within a reasonable time and at a fair price. After our interviews it was clear that Mary Lynch from Daniel Gale / Sotheby’s was thoughtful, professional and clearly understood our needs. Her guidance on pricing was well thought out to help us achieve a fair selling price. After visiting our home and neighborhood, she put together a plan to help sell our property. The plan was designed to show our home in it’s best light, with a solid promotional program. We felt that working with Mary would be a positive experience and we not disappointed with her efforts. Within two days of the house being listed, there were multiple potential buyers visiting our home. At the end of the first week, Mary had an Open House on a Sunday afternoon. Promptly at 1:00 p.m., the crowds poured in. Over twenty families visited our home and we received four offers, with three over our asking price. As we weighed each offer, Mary was helpful with many questions to help us determine our choice of buyer. Within two weeks of listing, we accepted their offer.
