Our real estate agent was excellent. We had a great experience buying the first time and this time he sold our house for a great price in 6 days and bought a great house for a discounted price. He fought for a steep discount due to many problems and we succeeded. Also he stood strong when our buyers tried to back out of the sale. If it wasn't for him both sales would have fallen through.

My agent is a wonderful agent, and I praised her very highly on the Buyer's side of this survey. My husband and I first met her at an open house and we just really liked her personality and how she handled herself and her listing. She was very friendly, honest and straightforward. She offered to take a look at our house and provide us comps. Once she entered our home, she asked why in the world we wanted to sell, that our house was lovely. Right from there we knew that she would be very direct with us and provide her true advice. She took wonderful pictures of our home. We had been looking for a home for over a year and there are a lot of agents out there who have no idea what they are doing when it comes to the listing images, but these pictures were very professional, showed every part of the house, and were very clear (ie no images where you could see the agent taking the picture from their smartphone in the bathroom mirror). She worked very closely with us and wanted our opinion on the images as well as the listing itself. We had some issues with settlement being pushed back and she worked to keep us updated and informed throughout the entire ordeal. We sincerely appreciate all of her efforts and would absolutely contact her again if/when we decide to sell our current home.
My real estate agent was professional, yet friendly from the beginning. I could tell she honestly had my beat interests at heart throughout the whole process. My mortgage commitment took way longer than expected and settlement was pushed back more than one. She stayed in close contact and made sure I didn't lose my deal on the house I really wanted....she has kept in touch since settlement and she went out of her way several times just to see me smile and make things a little easier for my life....this was a very stressful time for me and she was always my breath of fresh air...I have definite made a lifelong friend!

Our agent is amazing and we really enjoyed working with her. She is personable, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She seemed genuinely interested in me and my husband, and was willing to go above and beyond to help us in our quest for a new home. She has kept in contact with us throughout our buying and selling experience, and we could ask her anything and she would either have the answer, or find it for us, and always in a timely manner. From the awesome images she took of our old home, to standing in for us at inspection at our new home when we could not be there, shehas been a gigantic help in this entire process. Exactly what an agent should be, we have already given her contact information to friends of ours who may be in the market in the next year or so.
