The circumstances around this sale were difficult to say the least. Dan Logan was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. I have never sold a home, I live out of state, we had to deal with a number of complicated legal matters, and we were trying to manage all of this while dealing with the pain of a death in the family. Dan was always available to help. In the end, he found a buyer who offered significantly more than we expected. Dans combination of genuine care and exceptional skill made this so much easier than it would have been with any other agent. I would recommend Dan Logan as a realtor to anyone selling any house, but especially to any novice buyer or seller who needs someone they can trust.
