To say we were lucky to find Terri would be an understatement!!! As first time homebuyers with practically no knowledge of the home buying process, we really wanted someone that was patient and thorough. Terri was all of that and then some!! She was VERY patient, kind, and explained things to us as many times as needed for us to completely understand them. Another reason we love her so much is because she is very straight forward and to the point. No sugar coating here, just honesty and unbiased advice. She's been very professional and quick to respond to our every need, so much so that I wonder if she ever sleeps! There were times when a question would keep me up at night, and no matter how late it was she was there to put my mind to ease. Not once did we ever feel pushed or pressured. Terri was very understanding as we changed our minds over and over as to what we wanted, where we wanted it, and how much we wanted to pay for it. She guided us and offered advice when we needed it. Most importantly, she got us into the perfect house for us AND before our current lease ended! To us Terri is not just our realtor but also our friend and we cannot recommend her enough!! I am so glad we chose to use Terri McCormack as our realtor. She is the only reason we got the house we so wanted. We faced a difficult seller and she worked hard and was persistent to get us the house in the end. If you want a realtor that truly cares for you and not just the commission Terri is definitely who you want to work with. She was always responsive and on a timely manner to every text or call. She keeps you posted with every move and keeps you updated. She also walks you through the buying process step by step so you have nothing to worry about as a first time home buyer. I highly recommend Terri and I will reuse Terri as my realtor in the future when I need one. When I say she was excellent that is an under statement. Kinga did a great job! I bought a condo in downtown St Petersburg after she showed me several places in downtown St Petersburg and the Tierra Verde areas. She is very responsive and patient. She worked on evenings and weekends to make sure that she found me the right place. Kinga is a GREAT negotiator. She was able to negotiate a great price, I was totally impressed. I think anyone who uses her will be totally amazed!

It is truly refreshing to find a realtor that is as excited about viewing homes as much as we were. He always arrived ahead of time and came prepared with the pertinent information we needed to know. Being that this was our first home, Thomas asked the questions we would not have known to ask (i.e energy efficient windows, age of water heater and easily repairable issues). Thomas has had a lot of experience renovating his own properties, so he knew what it would cost to D-I-Y or hire a company for home improvement projects. Whenever we had a question or concern Thomas responded immediately. Thomas' attention to detail, knowledge base and quick responsiveness made the home-buying experience easier then expected.
