Patti is professional plus friendly and super smart
I bought, and years later sold my house with her expertise and handled so smoothly when I sold my home living out of state. She sold my sister’s house after one day on the market, and the sale of property for a friend after a previous realtor proved unknowledgeable.

Real estate deal made easy
Tracy has handled two transactions for us in the st Pete area. One when we were selling and one when buying. Tracy’s attention to detail was perfect from start to finish. She was so helpful coordinating inspections, title companies and lenders. Some realtors just like to sign the deal and then see you at closing for their commission. will definitly use Tracy for our future real estate needs in st Pete.

It was a blessing working with Terri, she made my dream of owning my home come true. I being the cheap guy I am, wanted to purchase by owner and just hire a lawyer for the paperwork portion. Would i have gotten a better price on a home? Possibly, but it was just way too much to balance my full time job and all the documents that needed to be submitted. She provided almost everything from start to finish it was somewhat painless and worth not having the headache of purchasing by owner. At the end of about a month Terri help me purchase my dream home.Thanks Terri for all that you've done.
